Informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali

Questa informativa descrive come vengono trattati i dati personali di chi visita decairesclassics.com, ai sensi dell'art. 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Che cosa questo sito non fa

Vale la pena dirlo prima del resto, perche' restringe molto il campo:

  • non utilizza cookie, di alcun tipo;
  • non utilizza strumenti di statistica o profilazione (nessun Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixel dei social o simili);
  • non carica alcuna risorsa da server di terzi: caratteri tipografici, immagini e script sono serviti dal nostro dominio, quindi la tua visita non viene comunicata a nessun altro fornitore;
  • non contiene moduli che inviano dati a un server: dove e' presente un modulo di contatto, questo si limita a comporre un messaggio e ad aprire la tua applicazione di posta o WhatsApp. Sei tu a decidere se inviarlo, e il testo non transita da noi prima di allora.

3. Dati di navigazione

Il sito e' ospitato su Netlify, che per necessita' tecniche registra nei log di sistema l'indirizzo IP, la data e l'ora della richiesta, la pagina richiesta e il tipo di browser. Sono dati che qualunque server web riceve per poter rispondere.

Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR) a erogare il servizio e mantenerlo sicuro.
Conservazione: secondo le politiche di Netlify, per il tempo necessario alla sicurezza e diagnostica del servizio.

4. Dati che ci invii tu

Se ci scrivi per email o WhatsApp, trattiamo quello che ci comunichi: nome, recapito e il contenuto del messaggio.

Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Conservazione: per il tempo necessario a dare seguito alla richiesta e a gestire l'eventuale rapporto che ne nasce.

5. Memorizzazione locale della lingua

Quando scegli la lingua con il selettore, il sito salva quella scelta nel tuo browser (localStorage), per ricordarsela alla visita successiva. Il valore memorizzato e' soltanto it o en: non identifica nessuno, non viene mai trasmesso a noi ne' a terzi, e resta sul tuo dispositivo.

Non e' un cookie e non richiede consenso: e' uno strumento tecnico strettamente necessario a erogare un servizio che hai richiesto tu, secondo l'art. 122 del Codice Privacy e le Linee guida cookie del Garante del giugno 2021. Puoi cancellarlo in qualunque momento svuotando i dati del sito dalle impostazioni del browser.

6. Destinatari e trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea

I dati di navigazione sono trattati da Netlify, Inc. (Stati Uniti) in qualita' di responsabile del trattamento, sulla base di un accordo ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR. Il trasferimento verso gli Stati Uniti e' garantito dalle Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione europea e dall'adesione al Data Privacy Framework.

Le comunicazioni via email o WhatsApp transitano dai rispettivi fornitori di servizio. Nessun dato viene ceduto o venduto a terzi.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi in ogni momento chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, di rettificarli o cancellarli, di limitarne o opporti al trattamento, e di riceverli in formato portabile (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Per farlo scrivi a info@decairesclassics.com.

Se ritieni che il trattamento violi la normativa, puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

2. What this site does not do

Worth saying first, because it narrows things considerably:

  • it uses no cookies of any kind;
  • it uses no analytics or profiling tools — no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, social pixels or anything comparable;
  • it loads no resources from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own domain, so your visit is not disclosed to any other provider;
  • it has no forms that submit data to a server. Where a contact form exists, it only composes a message and opens your own mail client or WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it, and the text does not pass through us before you do.

3. Browsing data

The site is hosted on Netlify, which for technical reasons records in its system logs the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. This is what any web server receives in order to reply at all.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing and securing the service.
Retention: per Netlify's policies, for as long as needed for service security and diagnostics.

4. Data you send us

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process what you choose to tell us: your name, contact details and the content of your message.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: for as long as needed to answer you and manage any relationship that follows.

5. Local storage of your language choice

When you pick a language with the switcher, the site saves that choice in your browser (localStorage) so it can remember it next time. The stored value is only it or en: it identifies nobody, it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it stays on your device.

It is not a cookie and requires no consent: it is a technical measure strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly requested, under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian DPA's June 2021 cookie guidelines. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

6. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Browsing data is processed by Netlify, Inc. (United States) as a data processor, under an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Transfer to the United States is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and by Netlify's Data Privacy Framework certification.

Email and WhatsApp messages pass through their respective providers. No data is sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). To do so, write to info@decairesclassics.com.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
